2016 was a great year for entertainment partnerships. Our team tracked (and added) over 300 entertainment partnerships to MarketingPartnerships.com in the last year alone. The range of marketing partners and the creativity involved in these campaigns was incredibly impressive. The following partnerships are just a dozen of the activities that grabbed our attention. XMEN: APOCALYPSE | Coldwell Banker
It’s always great seeing new companies venture into the partnership world and the collaboration between real estate firm Coldwell Banker and 20th Century Fox Films was a groundbreaking program. BATMAN V. SUPERMAN | Turkish Airways
While the TV spots and creative elements were very impressive, the Batman and Superman planes brought this partnership to new heights (pun intended!). Check it all out here.
ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY | Nissan
Each of the partners for ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY delivered significant creative, but the creative in Nissan’s TV spots really brought us into the movie and delivered a great payoff at the end. Check out the partnership here.
BAD MOMS | Blushington
Every over-worked mom needs a little pampering once in awhile and Blushington was the perfect partner to make that happen. R-Rated movies are not always the easiest for partners but this one looked beautiful… more.
STAR TREK BEYOND | Quicken Loans
Quicken Loans showed how their Rocket Mortgage could take homeowners on the fastest, most powerful home loan experience in the universe through an integrated marketing campaign. Check out the TV spot and more.

With specific nutritional guidelines for their partnerships, Disney continues to celebrate the release of their films with top-notch partners. Coppertone was able to soak in some of the excitement from FINDING DORY with this partnership.
ICE AGE COLLISION COURSE | Home Depot
Through The Home Depot Kids Workshop program, fans had the opportunity to build a mini bowling lane and decorate with ICE AGE: COLLISION COURSE-themed stickers. Find out more.

Here’s another team favorite and one that made me hit rewind on my DVR at least 10 times. This was a really fun spot that played up the ZOOLANDER character and playing up the main character perfectly … more.
